A spirited show dedicated to the great Gerry Mulligan!  Grammy Award winning baritone saxophonist and composer Aaron Joseph Lington received his BM in music education from the University of Houston, Moores School of Music, and both his MM in jazz studies and DMA in saxophone performance from the University of North Texas.  His performing and compositional credits include collaborations with the San Francisco Symphony, the BBC Radio Orchestra, and the Count Basie Orchestra.

One of the most widely respected jazz musicians of our time, Gerry Mulligan occupies a unique place in American music:  as a prolific 20th century composer, saxophonist, and conductor, playing a vital role in both modern jazz and contemporary music.
