Frank Potenza is among the best guitarists around, he toured with the great Gene Harris Quartet at top jazz festivals and clubs such as the Blue Note in NY, Jazz Showcase in Chicago, and Jazz Alley in Seattle. Frank has performed with his own groups at venues like Orange County Performing Arts Center, KSDS Live in San Diego, and Catalina Bar & Grill.
Along with his solo and recording careers (Frank has many CDs) he has performed with stars: Dizzy Gillespie, Joe Pass, George Van Eps, Terrell Stafford, John Clayton, Bud Shank, Mose Allison and countless others.
The late Joe Pass is considered one of the greatest guitarist of the 20th Century. A true virtuoso, he enjoyed long-term partnerships with “Ella” and “Oscar.”
