About tenorman Harry Allen, noted critic Gene Lees writes,  “Stan Getz was once asked his idea of the perfect tenor saxophone soloist. His answer was:  ‘My technique, Al Cohn’s ideas, and Zoot’s time.’  The fulfillment of that ideal may well be embodied in… Harry Allen.”
With over thirty recordings to his name, Allen has performed worldwide with:  Rosemary Clooney, Ray Brown, Hank Jones, Kenny Burrell, John Pizzarelli, Jeff Hamilton, among countless others.

About pianist Ehud Asherie, “a master of swing and stride” (The New Yorker), he integrates the New York piano tradition into his inventive style.  Born in Israel in 1979,  Asherie lived in Italy for six years and then on to New York.  And from Smalls to the Rainbow Room,  from Lincoln Center to The Village Vanguard,  Asherie has worked with great musicians like:  Wycliffe Gordon, Scott Hamilton, Ken Peplowski and Clark Terry.
