Warren is an outsized talent, and a bright new star!
Stars like this don’t come along often, musicians this versatile and fine! He’s a multi-instrumentalist based in Baltimore and, from a young age, he’s been playing vibraphone, piano, bass and drums. He now plays professionally on all of these instruments, but has truly broken through on vibes! In recent years, he has toured the globe including Europe, Asia, and South America.
Warren is classically trained at the Peabody Institute and Berklee College of Music (where he also taught). A fine composer, he’s been mentored by and performed with Curtis McBride, and also played or recorded with:
Cyrus Chestnut, Wynton Marsalis and LCJO, Terri Lyne Carrington, Ron Carter, and Esperanza Spaulding.
And he’s now a member of the SF JAZZ Collective!
